Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all tags and accessories intact.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us via email or WhatsApp within the 7-day window, along with a valid unboxing video.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return request. The video must clearly show:

    • The unopened package

    • The process of unboxing

    • The damaged or defective item upon opening

  • Return requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds will be issued only if the returned item is approved after inspection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In cases where exchange is possible, we encourage exchange instead of refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without an unboxing video.

  • Items not reported within the specified timeframes.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
